“El SONERITO†was born in Mexico .He has been in the L.A. Salsa scene since 1984. He has traveled around the world teaching, performing, competing, and choreographing and directing dance teams! His unique work and motivation put him over the top, giving him a chance to work with big stars. Movies such as “Dance with meâ€, “Ice Cream Suitâ€, and not to mention numerous of countless commercials and TV shows. One of his most and wonderful accomplishments took place in 1985 when he won the New York Salsa Championship and follow to that in 1989, he won the Miami Championship. SONERITO’S energy and passion for dance drove him to direct a new group of young dancers by the name of “LatinoXplosionâ€, “LatinoXplosion Teenâ€& “LatinoXplosion Kidsâ€, in which his joy and dreams as a director have come to life. Not only have doors opened to his career but many recognitions as a great leader and great dancer have paid off for his hard work.
