I own a Mortgage company in Spokane. It is unique to this area as it the ONLY Wholesale Mortgage lender in the area. This means if the Bank is quoting say 6% on your home loan we will be at 5.5% with out the fees. It is kind of like comparing buying a New car off a lot or the same car a year old from a freind. Bottom line is we are the best kept seceret in Mortgage. I would love to help! I love Preist, CDA, Lake Roosevelt and my lake house at Newman Lake. Who could forget the legendary summer of 98 at Newman Lake. Wakeboarding is the gateway for me to alot of sunburns and a few hangovers. I spend most winter weekends at Schwietzer. I can't decide if I like the Snowboarding or the people more. What a great spot.
