I am a semi-retired political activist. The rest of my time is consumed by being a very old student at Michigan State University, reading too much and writing too little.
There is a weblog, Apologies Demanded; the last time I linked to it from here Myspace labeled it as SPAM and deleted the link. To be censored by these jerks infuriates me. I created Apologies Demanded in February 2003 and I did not look back. So that combined with other explorations makes me a "new media specialist". Do not confuse that with librarians. Calling me a "blogger" is too limited.
I demand to be called a "political consultant" but every unemployed political ape in politics calls himself a "consultant" and while I am one, and a good one, I have never gotten paid and I never insured my firm.
I am a Conservative; I wear my politics on my sleeve. Everything I believe, politically, is derived from my Christian faith, my belief that Christ died for our sins and we live as Christians when we live as Christ lived or do what He would have us do. We act on behalf of others in place of Christ, so we act out of love. This requires free will. Thus I think the government should free us to sin or to act as Christians and when it makes everyone act like a Christian against everyone's will, how the heck can I willingly obey Jesus?
That does not adequately explain the situation.
Do not call me a politician. It would be inaccurate; I was one once and I would like to be so again.
I have many projects on back burners. I pray to God I have the time soon to fully launch my political Crusade and be able to more fully explain my methods and activity tracks.
