Burden of Vision

Burden of Vision is a two piece Progressive Metal act with highlights of jazz and doomish undertones. The duo met in Aug '05 when Homer picked up a drummer wanted flyer and met up w/Chip to have their first practice. Love at fisrt hearing would be the best depiction of the chemistry. With only a guitar and some drums the two have created what they feel is an original and dignified musical anamoly. Constant practice and laboring rhythms have made the beaten path of song writing much more flexible since the first time the two played together. However, there is still the question "Can two people really make that much noise?" Yes! They can and they will continue to do so. Though always on the prowl of dicovery for new musicians to add to the B.O.V. element the group has stated that "We are just fine w/ the two of us, it's less to understand with the two of us and we are both complex musicians, so the music will be refined w/ two members or ten members." One thing is for certain for Burden Of Vision, they will not stop the creation process until failure is an inevitability---which is far, far, away! - See you @ a show!
