The Spider Lilies are an original-and so is their music. This is an all-female, all-original band that has been capturing hearts and minds and serious music fans all over the state and beyond. Since their debut on the music scene, the Spider Lilies have built a large, local fan base, as well as maintaining fans in Europe and other parts of the globe. The buzz continues to grow as recently, the Spider Lilies won the first place prize in a Northeastern Ohio battle of the bands competition. Additionally, the Spider Lilies have been honored by being chosen to perform at Cleveland’s Undercurrents Showcase, and received rave reviews and enthusiastic local airplay for their first release “You’re Soaking In It.”Since then, the Spider Lilies have continued to evolve into one of the best original, modern rock bands you’ll see anywhere. The Spider Lilies have been described as “60’s psych-garage influenced with songs thoughtfully arranged and aptly performed.” The Spider Lilies music has also been praised for its “sweet harmonies and dream-like undertones.” The Spider Lilies--Cynthia on lead guitar, Theresa on lead vocals, Kathy on drums and Stacie on bass guitar now also announce the release of their long-awaited, full-length recording “Everything”.
