Antony Rachel is an innovative young adult, youth minister, and vocalist that has a great passion for God and loves to live life with Him. Antony is enrolled as a student at World Harvest Bible College in Columbus, Ohio where he is currently studying Pastoral/Church Leadership. He began life on September 7, 1988 on an army base in Germany where his Dad was serving in the military. Min. Rachel as also known, has had many opportunities and open doors for his vocal, preaching, and acting gifts. Antony began singing at a very young age in the choir at his late grandfather's church in Atlanta, Ga. He began assisting with directing the choir at the age of eleven. With his passion for singing, God opened up unbelievable opportunities for him, especially as he got older. He has recorded along with Bishop Dreyfus C. Smith & The Wings of Faith Mass Choir for gospel recording artist Lashun Pace of the "Anointed Pace Sisters", and sang with her for her album release concert. Antony has also opened up in leading Praise and Worship for many different schools, church's, and other gospel venues that held christian events. He also sang with GMWA (Gopsel Music Workshop of America) Mass choir founded by the late gospel legend, Rev. James Cleveland. Now, Antony is currently a Praise and Worship Leader at his church in Atlanta, Ga and also sings on the frontline at one of the nations largest and well-known mega ministries, World Harvest Church with Pastor Rod Parsley. Antony accepted his call into the ministry in July of 2002 at Wings of Faith Ministries where his god-father is the pastor Bishop Dreyfus C. Smith. His first sermon was preached on April 1, 2007 entitled "Keep On Pressing" from Philippians 4:12-14. He has been preaching ever since. God has continuously been opening doors for ministry and allowing this young youth minister to preach other sermons such as, "Lord, I'm Desperate for Change" from the woman with the issue of blood, "I'm Safe in My Fire" from the story of the three hebrew boys, and "Don't Quit Where You Are" from the story of the persistant widow in Luke 18, just to name a few. Later on in life Antony was asked to be in the touring stage play "A Different World" with Director CJ Faulk from Tyler Perry's movie "Family Reunion And TV show "House of Payne". Antony feels the urge to push this generation to a place where they are constantly hungry for God and constantly ready to seek his face. He knows that it's time to lift this group of young people to the highest possible level. His passion is for the youth to feel the urge to seek God's face and be in his presence at all times. Antony is working on launching a new youth ministry that you will hear about further down the road but very soon.We have to cry out to God on a daily and show him how much we want him!!!
