My close friends tell me i have a butterfly mind... and i do confess to being a little flipent. But all sorts of things interest me, it just depends on what mood has taken me. I love to laugh, i love to dance bare foot in dirt and sand to funky pycodelic, earthy beats! i love meeting new people,i love shamless honesty, i love climbing rocks and swimming in the ocean... swimming any where. I love loving like i have never been hurt, dancing like no one is watching and singing like no one can hear. I love to work with children and youth (though im not planning any of my own for a few more years yet), i love playing instruments (mainly different drums ) with friends and listening to all kinds of beautiful instruments including funky didge, electric violin, sithar, Dancing bells, Guitar, vocals and drums (esp Tubla). My mother is a yoga teacher and has been teaching since before i was born, when i found the benifits of yoga for myself (my parents never pushed any of their beleifs on my elder sister , younger brother and i), i began practising and studying often. Then i was asked to fill in for some of my mums classes and i began teaching from then. I stopped classes when i began studying my Diploma in Childrens services then onto Youth wealfare and continued teaching at the children and youth programs at The Satyananda Yoga Academy. I love lateral thinking puzzles, good jokes, cheeky smiles/eyes, faces that are full of secrets, oysters, Vodka, vino and admiring beautiful people....

hmmm, where to begin? i'm not realy into tv (reality tv , soaps or advertisments, Yuk! Invader Zim = good value lol), but i do like a good movie. i have enjoyed movies ranging from Ninja Scroll, Akira, Fear N Loathing in Los Vegas, Interveiw with a vampire, Butterfly Effect, Pie (the mathamatical symbol), Donnie Darko, 'Bad Boy Bubby, The City of Lost Children, Bad taste & Brain Dead - To movies more like; Crouching Tiger, Plunket and Mikaine, Boon Dock Saints, lock stock, fight club, The secretary, the Game, Life is Beautiful, Amalie, The Dark Crystal, Labrenth & Shrek. (ohhh, & bottom 'live'!) I like Art House, Martial arts, Cartoon/animation(eg Manga), Original action, comedy both black n plain vulgar, classy science fiction (i admit to being a little fussy about this catagory...i do love Red Dwarf!) & Intelectual mind benders. The list goes on of course, but this gives you a rough idea of my tastes. Always like to watch a good movie.... So any movie suggestions would be appreciated xo
Television is the bain of humanity ;) Ok, well i Guess Simpsons, Family Guy, futurama, Red Dwarf, Young Ones, Bottom & X files are coo... it also shits me how the adds are twice as loud as the programs.
I love to read. For me books work like television does for others. I escape that which surrounds me in exchange for anothers adventure. I started getting into reading, after comming through a experimental, rebelion and wild faze in my mid teens. I picked up a book 'The Pilgrimage', by Paulo Cohelo and read it in an hour. I have since read a number of his other books, but began to favour Terry Pratchet, an English Author who reminds me of a cross between C.S. Lewis & Tolkein. I have also enjoyed books on the yogic philosophy inc; 'Living with the Himalayan Masters', 'Autobiography of a yogi' ' The Chaos Theory' etc
i see heros ever day. and there are hundreds of people i admire.... I think that Bob Marly,George Harrison, John Lennon, Ghandi, Sivananda.. to name a few all had an amazing impact on the world as we know it....
