Currently I am performing with the band Iaoel. Recording is underway for our full-length album. In my solo-projects I am currently in the midst of recording in my home studio. It's becoming a long process working out the kinks in the newly set up studio.History:
I began playing music officially around 4th grade, I had always been intrigued with sounds and song, as well as, watched my mother use her plethora of instrumental talents (she can play pretty much anything). When I went off to college in 2004 writing just started to come out of me. I had written a handful of songs previously, but nothing serious or memorable even for myself, but during this time I started to get in touch with the creativity inside that wanted to come out. The next year I had written enough to play out and so started playing at cafes and local showcases. I also met one of my best friends, Dan Flecker, who became a big part of my music as we played shows together and fed off each other's music. In 2006 I traveled off to Martha's Vineyard to the Contemporary Music Center. This really opened the door to creativity and growing not only in writing, performing, and recording but totally as a person. Coming back in 2007, I lived in Pittsburgh writing and recording a great deal. This is where I started the She's Called Sweetie project. During the next few years I moved back and forth from Pittsburgh to my parents house, which wore me out; but it was in mid 2007 that IAOEL asked me to join up with them playing bass guitar and I've been with them ever since. Finally, I moved back for good, got married, and now am writing and recording for my solo-projects again, which the material will now be under the She's Called Sweetie project name.
