About Me

Married to my high school sweetheart who is a bomb-tech for the USAF. We were both stuck in the south until his enlistment was over, but I'd put up with crazy hicks any day to be with him. I'm busting arse to be the best damn illustrator I can be and Richard is going to school to be an engineer... like apples and oranges.

My Interests

Anything and everything to do with digital media - film, illustration, graphic design, etc.. Outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and snow shoeing when we get the chance.

Music:

I'm a rockabilly/swing girl at heart, but it all just depends on my mood. I love psychobilly, various types of punk, and just about anything that has a good sound to it.

Movies:

Being a film buff I can't just pick certain films... my list is always changing. Some of my faves that usually never leave the list are Boondock Saints, Film Noir in general... gotta love the femme fatale, Lolita, Notorious, Princess and the Warrior, Shaun of the Dead, Wes Anderson in general... ummmm.... ANY Bette Davis flick and ANY Tennessee Williams adaptation.

Television:

CARTOONS!!!!! I love animation and that's the whole reason for school! Adult Swim... Adult Swim... Adult Swim... plus I love foreign stuff... NO not just Japanese BS... other countries make em too. Favorites: Simpsons of course, Family Guy and I LOVE BRAK!P.S. the nerd in me also forgot to mention Venture Bros. and ATHF

Books:

My English minor is filled with Medieval Literature.... SO anything that is really hard to read and pay attention to.

Heroes:

Superman, Batman, ... I mean... actually it's just a stupid question... ok maybe Underdog or perhaps Hong Kong Phooey
