LEGACY

I'm an artist first and ever since i can remember I've been creating art. When i was younger my world consisted of a pencil and a blank piece of white paper, I would draw till i couldn't lift the pencil anymore. My imagination was my best asset as I would create my own comic book stories and characters. I didn't even start thinking about music until my brother was playing Life After Death in his car, and I became more than a little intrigued but i wasn't hooked yet. My story began with a girl, and my best friend. She was the the spark, the fuel that ignited something, and he was the push that told me i could do it. I named myself Legacy for a reason because i intend to leave something behind on this earth after i die that will make people remember me, and thats my music. I picked up a pen and wrote my first rap not knowing i had found my true love and now theres no turning back. I just want to thank everyone who supported me from day one and continues to support me now, lets see where this takes me. 2008 UPDATE. Legacy: Evolution Mixtape is done, i completed it over the summer. Took me three months to record, write and mix. I wrote another album prior to this but I'm saving that for a special time. This Mixtape is comprised of mainly original beats like my first demo, but it also has some beats used by mainstream rappers. The Mixtape is meant to show my growth as an MC and a song writer and with that I think I succeeded. It would not have turned out the same if you weren't there Jen, thanks for sitting with me for hours in the studio trying to perfect this shit, your the only one who would. I don't know how you didn't go crazy haha, Luv you babe.
