so life is good these days. thankfully, i really can't remember the last time it truly wasn't. i'm a lucky bitch! and who ever would have thought running an insurance agency would suit me? certainly not me. preschool teacher to "senior agency specialist" in a few short months . . . not really your natural progression of events but then again, not much that i do makes a whole lot of sense. loving life in the mountains. on the heels of my 4th snow this year. for anyone who knows me, that's huge for me! live music nearly every weekend as well as a phenomenal family of friends makes for a happy and healthy life . . . . don't ya think? not to mention the neighbor dog who might as well live with me and my neighbor--it's the perfect answer to wanting a 2nd dog--no food or vet expenses, just love and companionship! and i'm going to be an aunt!!! can't wait! she's hoping for a boy (i think) but i'm rooting for a niece myself. and of course, politics and the upcoming election. praying for different leadership and avoidance of the 2nd coming of the great depression. c'mon barack, i know you can do it! gotta get back to work . . . . having a computer in front of you all day can be distracting to say the least.
