Samantha is a girl who lives and breathes music. Starting at a very young age she was always singing about the house and entering every talent competition from school to the brownies!
At the age of nine Samantha made her television debut on channel 4s Big Breakfast. From then on Samantha had the bug and more television appearances followed.
Samantha started gaining interest from press and radio and was featured in many daily tabloids. Sponsorship soon followed as her voice gained her much respect from both the media and other artists.
Samantha started to work in the recording studios at the age of ten with songwriters and producers as well as making appearances in prestigious venues such as the London Palladium, Wembley etc.
Samantha loves working in the studio with the songwriters but her dream lay with her writing and performing her own songs. This dream was soon to come true for Samantha.
Just over two years ago Samantha received an acoustic guitar as a Christmas present and took things from there. Samanthas brother John wwwmyspace.com/anicallthekingsmen is an amazing guitarist who Samantha would sit and watch for hours in admiration,then get him to teach her some chords!!!!
Samantha from that day started to construct tunes and started putting some amazing lyrics with them from every day experiences in her life and the result; Some of the most amazing tracks that have gained both great reviews and interest in the music world.
As well as her music Samantha has a heart of gold and has raised an amazing amount of money for various charities close to her heart one being the actor David Haymans charity Spirit Aid which she is Youth Ambassador for.
Samantha has worked with and appeared alongside some of the biggest names in the business but has never been star struck, that was until she was given the honour of meeting and singing for the Dalai Lama when he came to Glasgow in 2004
Samantha has stayed the same funny, charming and down to earth girl who loves life and is both inspirational and a pleasure to be around.
So whats next?
Samanthas just wants to be out there with her music!!!!
