3.E.C. presents: Weapons of Mass Instruction

15 of the Nation's hottest poets, all from the Bay Area, backed by beats composed by 2005 Hip-Hop SAMMIE winner- Crazy Ballhead! All music was scored to fit the poets topic matter but also keep heads bobbin'. (don't worry, Crazy spans a variety of music genre's from, jazz influenced, rock and even country) 7 of these poets have appeared on Russ Simmon's Def Poetry Jam, and 13 have repped San Francisco, Oakland or Berkeley in National Slam Competions. These are no rookies! (We also have a 10 yr old who's rocked mic's since she was 7!) Crazy Ballhead is no newbie either. He has 3 albums to his credit including an award for work done on a cross sea's album in the U.K. A veteran in Sac's Hip-hop underground, Crazy plays with a live band and is loved by thousands. He has also scored commercials for t.v. and been featured on a few soundtracks.
