BROKINSILENCE started in 2002 with founding members Donyae & Jayon, teamed up with local church boy Shaun B. they decided to create a sound that was like nothing anyone else would dare to create given the location of "Pleasentville" Boise, ID. In a very short period these three started writing and performing at small venues in their city. Once word began to circulate of Boise's best kept secret, they were given the opportunity to put one of their songs on the radio. The song U TOLD ME lasted approx. six weeks on the countdown! Since then they have opened up for numerous acts including Snoop Dogg, MadRo, LL Cool J, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Frankie J, Baby Bash, Coolio, Sonny Bonoho, Noc Rage, & Unexpected Arrival just to name a few, their music & energy has been loved by people all over including Seattle, New York, New Jersey, Vegas, Hawaii and LA just to name a few, And was recently named the BEST R&B GROUP 2005 by the New York International Music Festival! They have a unique sound that can captivate any audience young, old, black, white, rap and even rock! This Year will be the Year, If have not seen these men yet keep your eyes open, they are coming to a city near you!
