this is a hard one... I really would like to meet people, I hardly know anybody. the thing is - nobody likes me - nobody ever has. I feel like I am perfectly ordinary. I don't even smell bad anymore. I am happily married w/ 2 children - boys - ages 13 & 4. I HATE fake people. also, I have no desire to be used. what else? I'm bisexual, I smoke pot, I drink when I feel like it, I smoke cigarettes every day (I have since I was 12 and I'm not likely to stop) I am quite probably a republican. I have done many controversial things and I have strong opinions which are likely to either drive you away or give me cause (in my own mind) to like you. my husband and I are middle class - a breed some would have you believe is extinct. I'm not exactly a "people person" but that is what I want to be when (if) I grow up. I live in Palmdale CA. top of the list - I would love to meet people in my area to hang out with - just doing normal, family appropriate things like BBQing or going to the park.I DO NOT WANT TO MEET GUYS LOOKING TO GET LAID,, I DO NOT CHEAT ON MY HUSBAND AND SO UNLESS YOU WANT TO FUCK HIM YOU WON'T BE FUCKING ME! ALSO - I DO NOT CYBER ~ MAINLY BECAUSE OF MY ABILITY TO ACTUALLY GET LAID.

I don't really watch a lot of T.V. throughout the daytime hours I let my boys watch cartoons and sometimes in the process of hanging out with them I will also be watching cartoons. In the evening when Brent gets home from work he watches the Nightly News or something like that and so in order to hang out with Brent I also watch that. at night after the kids go to bed we watch things like "law & order" and a lot of discovery channel. other than these things, I intentionally tune in to sunday night cartoons on Fox. oh yeah, on weekend mornings if Brent and I wake up before the kids we sometimes get stoned and watch "Jimmy Neutron" I am recently hooked on the new show called Heroes on NBC! Hurry back Heroes!!
I read a lot (mainly because I have always had way too much time on my hands and not nearly enough "real life adventure" going on) I have read the entire Ender Saga by Orson Scott Card (thank you Erica - without you I would never have known "Ender's Game" was not the only one) I have read everything I could ever get my hands on by Stephen King and will read every future thing of his I find. check out http://www.stephenking.com/index_flash.php ~~~ I've read most books by Dean Koontz. I've read The Bible in it's entirety... I've read bits and pieces of the Torah, the Koran and various other religious publications, mainly out of curiosity. I sometimes lurk on livejournal.com and read the journals of complete strangers. I read a lot of news online. I read magazines while waiting my turn at the doctor or dentist.
my heroes are people who tell the truth even when the truth sucks - people who stand for something with all their hearts even when it is an unpopular "something" they're standing for - people who have some true depth to themselves and aren't afraid to share it with you
