I am a lover and a rescuer. My farts smell horrible after lentil stew. I like when people have new things to show me; my mantra to the universe is "Show me something. Show me how." Smoking, drinking, picking my nose when no one is looking and lacking belief in my strengths are among my worst habits....coffee isn't bad, right? I go to a therapist weekly. God and I have the best game of hide-and-seek going on right now; I always find him in a new place. I rarely finish a book but it is so fun starting them. I suck up to my professors. Even when I get knocked down, I am standing up on the inside. I believe less and less in western medicine everyday. I don't have a favorite flower. It has been my experience that anything smells different wet. I am working on getting to the beach more. I believe in magic. In at least one of my past lives, I was male. There are two kinds of people: predator and prey. I am a predator... I pray three times a day. My favorite versions of myself are the dancer, the writer, the friend, the aunt and the daughter. My personal crack is nail polish. I try to live and see with my soul, and because of that, I am constantly making amends with my body. Shaving and brushing my teeth are two of my least favorite things that I do daily. My dad is a hippy and my mom is a disco queen; they are still married and in love.
