About Me

I exercise everyday, my mind, body and soul. How does one exercise the soul? Walk barefoot on grass, hug trees, stare at the sun.I spend my free time thinking. Otherwise, I read, write and play harmonica. The harmonica is a cathartic instrument. Like meditation and yoga, you breathe in and out.I don’t believe in death, but I do believe in butterflies.
