ABEL G. PEÑA IS

Thoughts on 9/11 , Bullfighting , Bodybuilding , Cursing (in English and Star Warsese ) , Death , Language , Love , Movies , Religion , Osama bin Laden , Porn , Writing , and More...

I genuinely like people and I love life. That means I laugh big and have moments of comic genius. I collected coins and baseball cards when I was a kid, and played a lot of video games. I like the fact that I was the 7th grade chess champion of my Jr. high; though I've fallen out of practice, I still love the game. Philosophy, art, nature, refinement, friendship and reciprocity are all deeply important to me. I lived in Europe for a while, during which I easily picked up Italian because it was so similar to Spanish. My italiano's also atrophied, but a trip back should fix that.

I read a lot (currently The Selfish Gene, Hannibal, and The Metaphysical Poets). I also like abstract art, Norman Rockwell illustrations, and Helmut Newton's photography. I have a pet sea snail named Houdini , though I'm better known for my Star Wars writing .It's true that I try to save the world in my spare time. ENTER THE ABEL G. PEÑA BLOGGERVERSE HERE!
