Call me quirky. . .call me spastic. . .just be certain to acknowledge that I can not be placed into any standardized categories and we'll get along. I'm a ridiculously busy (by choice) self-made and self-actualized professional man who understands how to integrate personal and material success. I live life passionately and without fear. I often give the appearance of being incredibly complex; yet, get off on the simplest things that life presents to all of us. . .from the rosemary along the side of the road to the spectacular formations of clouds in the sky. . .it is the appreciation of things such as these which gives me the most pleasure. . .I live life with an abundance of humor. . .dark or otherwise. . .it's all good and has assisted me in handling most difficulties presented to me. . .am I an eternal optimist?. . .pretty damn close with a healthy basis in reality. I rarely complain and always know that things will work out for me. . .somehow. I've been condemned by the gay community for not being gay enough. . .not certain what that's all about. . .but I have a clue. . .it speaks towards my desire to always be viewed as a good man first, a gay man second. . .while proud to be gay, it does not define me. . .and I don't use the fact that I am (as many do) to mask any underlying insecurities about being 'on the outside' or 'different'. Am I different?. . .You can decide for yourself. . .just be prepared to expect the unexpected.Ok. . .maybe a little more insight would be valuable here. . .as odd as it seems, I do not require a circus of external activity to stimulate me. . .my mind is active enough to provide that. Music in many forms is essential to my existence and, while you need not be musical, you've got to appreciate it. . .it has always been a form of release for much of my energy and assists in any meditative state. You might ask what the musical references are. . .pretty much anything where I can discern a melody is acceptable. . .from classical to rock. . .Franz Schubert to Franz Ferdinand.
