About Me

I write songs somewhat infrequently. I enjoy recording/editing/mixing music. I have an English Lit. degree. I'm not sure which way to go, but when I listen, there is a voice telling me, "this is the way". I need a good job. FRESH!. I need a good job.

I have had the amazing privilege of writing, recording, and/or performing music with some of my best friends:
My Korean Friends ( on myspace ).
American Sasquatch
Math Minor
Stop Thief! Quartet
American History Project
the American Culture eXperiments
Quaid
Chinasaur
Esotype records ( myspace )
Waco Co-op ( myspace )

I have also been very fortunate to work on music for some amazing video/film projects with Seth Worley and Noisebox Media .

I've recently been thinking about putting out a 7".
If I ever have enough spare cash and, more importantly, some new songs, I'd like to put out a 7".

Let me try to describe it for you. It's like if you went back in time 15 years and gave your favorite dork rockers/donkeys kids toys, and then asked them to run up and down a parking garage stairwell playing with all the kids toys at once, but while they're doing that, you're at the top of the stairwell pushing record on a fisher price tape recorder. It sounds awesome, cause the stairwell creates all this echoing and reverb making everything sound like it's coming out of an angel's/donkey's larynx. When you're done, you rewind the tape and play it back at one and half times the speed while reciting cryptic poetry written by angsty middle schoolers/donkeys. Auto tune that, and upload it to myspace.

Don't put me in a box, alright? Cause I reinvent the box with every sick lick I unwind slowly into your earholes. I invert the box and use it as a time machine. I withdraw my savings, sneak a sack lunch into the Renaissance Festival, and fill the box with overpriced pewter jewelry. The box is too full of wizards and dragons to house even a mere notion of your narrow-minded classifications.
