About Me

I used to produce a radio program called The Future Sounds. It all ended on the 1st August with many people that I love there to share it with me. The Future Sounds ran for 14 years. This program supported unsigned Australian bands. My greatest love is the Australian Music Industry. It has been a passion of mine for the past elventy million years and the driving force behind The Future Sounds. My love of live music means that I see live bands an average of 3 times a week. The most gigs I have been to in a week was 8.Live music is a passion of mine but does not bring in the money. I am also a primary teacher. This is a rewarding and enjoyable job and totally different to my hobby. This year I am teaching a delightful year 1 class who are challenging and rewarding at the same time.I have managed bands in the past and my Early Childhood training was of great benefit in this pursuit. Artist Management and working with small children is very similar in a lot of ways (believe me!). There are still tears and tantrums. It is challenging and rewarding. MySpace Layouts by Iron Spider
