Rosie O'Donnell to tell her she's brave and I love her heart. I'd tell her that she is the type of patriot that the Founding Fathers really had in mind - someone who would question the government if they felt it was warranted just like they questioned their government...the United Kingdom. If they had been like modern Republicans, we'd still be English. She also mourns the loss of every soldier when our shameful president hasn't attended one funeral, she uses her own money to help build modernized veterans hospitals while our gov't keeps wounded soldiers in disgraceful Walter Reed Hospital and she supports the troops by demanding they be brought home to safety.
I'd like to meet Kathy Griffin to tell her she is the hardest working woman I know and funny as hell. Eddie Vedder to tell him that his poetry moves me and his vocals make my heart ache. Prince to tell him nothing as I would just want to listen to everything he had to say from his unique and soul-searching perspective. Diane Keaton to tell her that I admire how she has always marched to the beat of her own drummer and is so beautiful in her own skin. Robin Williams to tell him that his humor has always been something I could count on to lift my spirits and to thank him for always playing the clown for others as it must have been lonely. And finally, I'd like to see my grandfather again so I could tell him that I get him, I am so much like him just like he knew I was and that my life was profoundly changed by his death. He is missed.
