I am a complicated person with lots of different interests that can often look like contradictions, but who cares? I'm at an age where I feel I don't have to explain to anyone who I am and I certainly don't have to please anyone by fitting into a particular mold. I like what I like and I don't what I don't. So I've been married to my husband Joe for 14 years and we have two amazing children - Maverick, 13 and Ashley Paige, 8. I am completely devoted to making sure that my kids have an amazing life, so I wear many hats, including being a homemaker, home school teacher, and leader for Ashley's Brownie troop. By profession, I'm a special events producer am just getting back into that after taking a five year break to be with the kids. Joe and I enjoy real estate investing and love rehabbing homes together. I bore quickly and have to move from project to project, so it's perfect for me. I have a great group of girlfriends that I adore and we have a lot of fun together. I believe the government should help, not rule people. I believe people are good. I believe organized religion divides people. I believe that we should be more concerned with what our government is doing rather that what party is making the winning chess move. It's not a game. I believe all people should be treated with equality and respect. I believe in being a citizen of the world. I believe war should be a last resort. I believe you should be free to love who you love regardless of other people's convictions. I believe that if more people led by inspiring others by their example instead of by judging them that the world would be a very different place. I believe you should embrace life and live it to it's fullest.
