Preemptive Strike is a 3-piece punk band based in Rochester New York. Over the years Preemptive Strike has made a well-known name for themselves achieving such accomplishments as winning the Waterstreet Music Hall Battle of the Bands, and sharing the stage with tons of bands including national acts such as MC Lars and The Casualties. Although the band has had its fair share of ups and downs Preemptive Strike now stands more united and strong than ever before.
