The Ministry of Unknown Science combine surreal sci-fi plots with pungent underground comedy, mixing live performance with digital video sketches to prove a comedic hypothesis. Previous MOUS experiments have confronted some of mankind’s eternal questions: Can we get all mankind to show us their underpants? Why not invade the sun? Is Scott Bakula the next step in human evolution? And what happens when testes are rendered impervious to attack?For the last three years, the troupe have performed to sold-out houses around Los Angeles, based largely on word-of-mouth and occasionally word-of-nose. It is truly underground comedy.
