About Me

I have been playing bass for quite some time now. I've played in so many different situations that it's kind of head spinning; alternative, punk, rock, metal, funk, jazz, and experimental bands; and I've also played with singer/songwriters, solo guitarists, and D.J.'s. I try not to limit myself, and stay open to any situation.Along with being influenced by the standard rock bands that really don't need to be mentioned, I also draw inspiration from more obscure bands and musicians, such as Trial of the Bow, Masonna, and Pica. I have a really diverse musical library at home, and I can honestly say that I have taken some sort of idea from every CD I own. I love to create with my bass, and I have an insatiable appetite for creating new bass sounds.I have played bass with: Various bands in high school, 13 Hands, Leslie Reyes, Tamanoir, 7" of Pleasure, Otis Funkmeyer, Opie and Anthony w/ Rob Balducci, The Monster, Connected, Quick Kill Formula, Marc Rizzo's Colossal Myopia (Soulfly guitarist), and currently Piston Driven (featuring Joey Wilkinson formerly of Universal Records recording artist Dropbox). Wow!!! I just came across this awesome video of me, in Marc Rizzo's Colossal Myopia, playing Propaganda with Doc from God Forbid and Tommy Vext (Snot/ex-Divine Heresy. Thanks Teddy!
