OK...my fav is Journey with Steve Perry...but alas he hasn't toured with them for years..but still....I love you Steve!!! Check up on what Steve is doing on StevePerry.com. Now Next, I know...i'm going to get a lot of flack from this, but here goes, MJ is one of my favorite artists. I have loved his music...well since the beginning. Yea Yea Yea....don't even go where I think you wanna go with this....I'm a big fan ~have been ~~ and always will be REGARDLESS!!.... Now moving on...I love tons of Pop / Rap / Alternative artists as well. No I don't just sit around spinning all my CD's of Journey and Michael...altho I could if the mood is right. I have all of them. I love music in general. Play it all the time. No need for TV..when there is sooo much music around.
Movies:
I love: Toy Story 1 & 2, Smokey and the Bandit, Back To The Future 1,2 & 3, Any Tom Hanks, Jim Carrey, & Johnny Depp movies (Thanks to my daughter), Most Comedies and a Good Suspensful Drama.
I hate: Gorey Horror Films, sport themed movies, Westerns to just name a few.
Television:
In order of the shows that I would not miss and will tape if I am not at home, well at least the first 4. 1. LOST 2. Heroes 3. Guiding Light (tape it everyday since the VCR's were invented, now on my laptop) 4. The Amazing Race (all seasons so far) 5. Family Guy (Stewie is my hero) 6. South Park (Who does not love this show). Will watch if I'm home ~ 7. Criminal Minds (got an interest in this one...seems that this is going to be my daughers job in about 6-8 years, when she finishes college...COOL HUH!! Well YEAH!!) GEESH.....it sounds like I watch a lot of TV...when I really don't. OH WELL. :-)
Books:
HHMM...tough one. I love to read but am guilty that I don't read as much as I should. I'm into music more at this stage in my life. But if I am going to take the time to purchase a book....it would have to be Stephen King (We are close to being neighbors...great guy...altho a bit strange..but a big PROPS to all the support he gives to the town) I also love VC Andrews (RIP), glad your family took over where you left off. They did you proud.
Heroes:
My In-laws. I hope I have the kind of marriage they had for 57 years. I love and miss you. You will always be in my heart!
