Sethington- Loggerson- Tenderfoot- formed in the summer of 2004 and released their first album only after a few months, shortly before an onslaught of hurricanes ravaged Florida. The series of storms managed to destroy the bands trailer in Bithlo, where they recorded many songs for their first album, Trailer Park Ghost. The original home of their current record label, Limey Jam, also was damaged in the hurricanes and battered by trees. The three young, homeless men had no place to record music, so they packed up what could be salvaged and headed for Chicago in search of a better life and a kick-ass music scene.
They now live in Chicago's northwest side where they write, play, record music, and generally enjoy life. Ted, Walter, or Biff occasionally appear at open mics in the city, but other than that they have upheld their reclusive reputations and only performed a handful of shows. . .
SLT's second album, "The Glass Omelet," features 15 tracks; some recorded at Limey Jam in Florida, but most were recorded in Chicago. It was released in the Spring of 2005 and, over the years, has won the attention of their growing, loyal fans.
The band has been in and out of the studio since the "Omelet's" release, cooperating with other Chicago-area artists and songwriters. After three years of recording the band originally was going to release a double LP album entitled, "Buffalo/Bison".
