Collinot is a project that was born in 2000 in Port Of Veracruz, Mexico.Ernesto Collinot, creator and only member of this project, had an idea of creating an album with the purpose of giving it as a gift to his friends.The Feedback was positive and as result, a slow but fructiferous musical career started.Although, music is not the main activity for Collinot, he is fully dedicated to TV productions, personal projects and imparting broadcasting workshops in Mexico and Chicago, Illinois.By Now, Ernesto Already has two albums under his belt, and he is ready to release his third album in 2007. The Album "Bocina": it will be release it under Conco Records.Generally, Ernesto Collinot plays solo, along with a Microkorg, M-Audio controller, Apple Powerbook and ER1 Korg and Electroacoustic guitar. When all these elements, the music becomes a reality.Collinot's music navigates on different branches without getting stuck on any specific one. There could be lounge, house or electropop song and now he's singing...."Creating music is about having fun. Ernesto Collinot, creador y único miembro de este proyecto, se planteó la idea de crear un disco en el 2001 con el propósito de regalarlo a sus amigos.La respuesta fué positiva y así comienza una lenta, pero fructífera carrera musical. A pesar de no ser la música la principal actividad para Collinot, ya que se dedica de lleno a la producción de televisión, proyectos personales y a impartir talleres de producción en Mexico y Chicago.Ernesto tiene ya bajo el brazo 2 discos y esta por estrenar este 2006 un tercer álbum llamado: "Bocina", bajo el sello Conco Records.Collinot generalmente toca sólo. Acompañado de un Microkorg, un controlador M-Audio, un Apple Powerbook, una guitarra electroacustica y un Er1 de Korg el proyecto cobra vida.La música de Collinot navega por diferentes corrientes sin establecerse en ninguna.
