A Dutch at Hand is worth 2 in the SwAMP

About Me

Give it up to my main cuz Dutch! Check his Style in my music section! Check out some cool new music at this page . Happy Holidays! In celebration of the season, I have posted some seasonal tunes for you to enjoy! Jingle Bells Re-Mix 2005 is an oldie but goodie version of the most popular secular song of the season. (A special treat for all you Candy Mountain lovers out there!) When We Come was recorded by The Drummer Boys (aka Sam Provost) in the mid-nineties and re-released as part of the compilation known as The X-Mas Tapes. It's an old-school 4-track recording of the classic Little Drummer Boy! Deck the Halls and Angels We Have Heard feature the lyrical stylings of Mac Speech. Listen for special guest-background singer g4Monster. Cheers! 12/16/2006

part of the fidius.org network NINERD is my stab at the mashup genre. I found these tracks to be a pretty good A + B example. I have combined the instrumental version of N.E.R.D.'s "Lapdance" and Nine Inch Nails' "Down In It" vocals and stripped down arrangement. This is for educational purposes only. 05/07/2006 Elocomotive is an experiment in subtle genre constraints. This is hardcore electro perhaps...you be the judge. I am glad to have been able to rip this out on a 303 simulator. 03/18/2006 Energy Star is an excerpt, mainly because the latter part of the track focuses mostly on the electro-freestyle rhythms and less on the chordal construct of the bass-house groove. Read the full-length philosophical description here . 02/26/2006 If something... has its roots nestled deep in the Green Triangle: Empire electropera (see also program music) conceived by the brothers Provost. I think it pretty much speaks for itself. (g4Monster provides turntable manipulation.) Bury Me (Exit Stench Mix) is the new track released publicly and, frankly, not a moment too soon! Progress started in the wee years of the New Millennium but release was delayed by a sense of well-being. After committing to productivity, it was decided that the self-loathing inherent in the lyrics would be understood as a commentary on existential abysmal thought and not a reflection of the artist's state-of-mind! Dig it! Samuel Provost has been hardly working these days, producing less music in one year than in his entire career! "Too Little Too Late" is his motto, evident in the fact that he is now releasing his Christmas album for 2005! Jingle Bells Re-Mix '05 comes to us straight from his music lab fresh for the New Year. Enjoy!
