VILLYJAY & KHRISTINA met at their fave Fil band’s (Southborder) website in Oct2000. Khristin would often post messages for the band w/c VJ found interesting. He then sent her a friendly note, they became friends, & eventually became an item on Jan02, 2001. At first, their relationship was this fling type. But when VJ came & stayed in the Philippines for 6months in 2001, they became officially steadies & dated seriously. Theyd go malling, dining, seeing movies, watching concerts, clubbing, & stuff. VJ even always made sure that he’s always there for Khristin, like accompanying her in her school nrollment to this 1st surgery that she underwent. A few weeks before VJ went back to the States, he proposed to her. It was Aug19, 2001, they were lulling that Sunday late afternoon in her place. She fell asleep on the couch with her legs on his lap. When she woke up, he held her close & told her “U’re still pretty even when youre in slumber. Let us get married?†…and the rest as they say is history! :)
