I'm probably one of the most down to earth guys you'll ever meet, yet I have a fun/spontaneous side that comes out too. I have completed my masters and intend on taking much more time to enjoy myself and do all those things I wanted to do but never had time to do before! I keep very busy with my career, volunteer groups (Habitat, church, and my beloved FBLA-PBL are my main ones), playing about any sport (volleyball, basketball, tennis, softball, you name it!), and still trying to maintain a close relationship with my friends and family.
My interests in life are very extensive and there just isn't enough time to do it all! I love singing and playing music (French horn in high school/college) and miss not doing that more. I like to read but by the time I put in a long day at work, I'm usually too tired to focus much on reading. The latest adventure - theatre! I finished my first community play a few months ago in Austin and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's something I'll definitely do again when things slow down a litte. My true passion in life is teaching - and I hope to do it at least part time on the college level very soon.
I'm also a newlywed - married on February 15. We did a destination wedding in Key West which was awesome! I'm not sure it was really that much less work than a traditional wedding, but definitely a much more pretty back drop. So now on to wedded bliss... :)
