I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
The original Hip-Hop Don Dada of Chicago's Northside, While the other D.J.'s were playing house music in the early 80's through the 90's. I was puttin down Hip-Hop style along with New Yorks own Plee-Fresh on Wnur,Wvvx & Wcbr.
Also did guest spots on Wcrx and worked to promote artist such as FastEddie,I discoverd Sundance(WGCI),Tounge Twista AKA Twista and many more. I have got to always give it up and show madd love to Lil' Louis in being the only housemusic and Dance music D.J. to open the doors for Hip- Hop music, i always read and hear interviews from past and present D.J.'s on how they did this and that for Hip-Hop but that is bullshit and any of the jocks thats on the radio right now cannot make claim too fame about playing or even listening to hip hop in the Chi because their mission was house music and when it became lucrative(Hip-Hop)because of their prominice in the house music game got a shot on radio, Beacuse most of the PD's were familiar with us (Rap and or Hip-Hop D.J.'s) they were afraid because they wanted rap to be controlled and more mainstream and commercial Hip-Hop to be programmed i.e. for the sake of saving face i will not menton any Program Directors names but if u read Taco Bops story he kind of mentions a scenario. But the few popular ones on radio now that have always been hip hop is Sundance(On-Air Talent)D.j. Non-Stop(mixer),Tha Dizz(Badboys),Teefa(Originally had a duo with Shawnna).Oh Yeah i can't forget Frankie "Hollywood" Rodriguez for showing love in later years even though Hip-Hop had still not been accepted in the Chi on a commercial level yet.
