"In these perilous and uncertain times with threats of natural and man-made disasters in the 21st century, it is commonplace to see an increase of despair.
This despair is also compounded by a lack of resources and jobs for people to succeed and reach their goals and aspirations. It is especially difficult for those living among crowded cities, where there are more people than jobs, training, and schools. Those that suffer the most are our youth, young adults, and our communities as a whole.
But we can make a difference, with the help of our MUSICIANS & ENTERTAINERS, COMMUNITY LEADERS, BUSINESSES, AND VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS, AND OUR COMMUNITY PARTNERS, and all people coming together with one common goal in mind: to enrich, empower, educate and provide necessary resources such as job training and jobs to communities that are at a disadvantage and lacking these resources.

This work has manifested in a campaign to BUILD A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR CENTER FOR YOUTH AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CALLED:H.O.M.E./C.A.S.A. (HOUSE OF MENTAL EDIFICATION/CENTER FOR CULTURE, ART AND SOCIAL AWARENESS).TM


THIS CENTER ONCE BUILT WILL BE A HUB FOR ALL HUMANITARIAN CAUSES, EDUCATION, ENTERTAINMENT, ARTS, SOCIAL SERVICES, HEALTH, & CULTURAL CENTER FOR YOUTH & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.

“The Centre”, brings together professional adult mentors, youth, young adults and adults in order to help close the arts, technology and educational divide between inner city and suburban families. Our goal is to combine Career Mentoring, Job Training, Arts, Technology, and Educational Programs as well as Personal and Spiritual Empowerment within one location called H.O.M.E/C.A.S.A.(House Of Mental Edification/Center for Culture, Arts, and Social Awareness.

“The Centre”, is designed to house six divisions: Community & Missionary Affairs, Music Production, Film Production, Theatrical Production, Technology Education and Entertainment & Fundraising. This concept helps foster creativity and learning by teaching participants how the use of personal and spiritual guidance, technology, computer skills, and other tools used together will propel them forward in their respective choice of interest, invoking the name of our organization “People Uplifting People In Life”.

The Community Affairs Division employs and trains residents in economically distressed areas for jobs in the Community Screen Printing & Embroidery Project which provides t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and many other items to be sold at all of our events. By providing this type of project P.U.P.I.L. will create immediate jobs for the residents and immediately stimulate economically distressed areas. Creating a national shift in how corporations and businesses contribute to nonprofit organizations and how nonprofit organizations seek funding to support their communities. This project was created to provide permanent jobs and training within communities.

The Missionary Affairs Division staff reaches out to communities nationally and globally to provide education, agricultural information, medical care, and other social services to the people they serve. Staff can serve in foreign or their home countries. They use their skills to relieve poverty and disease among the people they serve. Others provide relief from disasters such as earthquakes, famines, floods, and storms. In all areas of America and the world they provide healthcare education and use technical skills to train people in business methods, construction trades and improved farming techniques.

The Film/Music/Theatrical Production Divisions trains and seeks out employment for participants in all areas of film production, music production and theatrical production such as, producing, post-production, computer recording and mixing, instrument/vocal instruction, engineering and many other jobs in these fields. These programs are designed to provide participants exposure and hands-on experience to jobs within the industries. National and local recording artists, film, music and theatrical producers act as mentors to individuals in the training programs. Students in the programs have hands-on training with world-class equipment, and recording software. During their training students are required to put together a compilation CD, short film or theatrical production.

The Technology Education Division teaches basic computer skills as well as various software applications, web design, animation design and digital technology to interested youth and other persons. This narrows the technology gap between large majorities of African Americans, Latin Americans and other Americans. This division was designed to combat this social problem and will distribute home computers and laptops to all who complete these programs.

Financial support of The Centre is the responsibility of the Entertainment & Fundraising Division. It plans and implements benefit concerts tours, festivals and creates business opportunities to receive revenues. The revenues generated from these events are used to fund our programs, pay staff, purchase land and buildings including a 20,000 capacity venue, which will be used for year-round concerts and other productions of The Centre and its participants. These benefit concerts, festivals and our own amphitheater will provide substantial revenues for our local community and communities around the world.

Holla Back Youngin’! Is a forum where youth can speak to each other, parents, schools and to the powers that be so that together they can up with viable solutions and preventions to make youth lives more productive.

P.R.E.A.C.H. THEATER is an innovative, energetic, highly charged, creative, interactive, fun and holistic approach to uplifting, cultivating, training, and enriching the lives of youth who are considered to be “High Risk” by society and the legal system.
“High Risk” youth as defined by the legal system are youth that are without the proper moral, ethical, or legal boundaries brought about by the lack of proper education and/or family upbringing that would make them a productive members of society.
P.R.E.A.C.H. THEATER recognizes that these youth are not “high risk” but rather youth who have been left incomplete. As a result of this (incompleteness) they become desperate feeling they have no choices, self esteem becomes low or non existent and they begin to choose potentially self destructive lifestyles that the streets entice them with.
PREACH THEATER is an approach to groom youth and provide them with real tools and skills that not only they can use in the real world to become productive members of society. These skills are taught in their own language, music and culture to bring about a better learning retention so they can continue to be come whole, “No Risk” youth or as PREACH would like to refer as being a “W.I.S.E.” kid.
“W.I.S.E.” are the call letters standing for Whole, Inspired, Skilled & Educated. A W.I.S.E. kid is one who has a full understanding of his/her potentials, skills and natural God given talents and gifts. One who is flexible understanding the power that is in these talents, knows how to develop and master them so the may achieve their highest goals and become all that they can be.
PREACH THEATER is the combined application whereby theatrically, youth are exposed, immersed, educated and made complete through many artistic, physical and spiritual disciplines through a series of theatrical and creative classes and workshops that include Modern Technology, Traditional techniques & disciplines, Law, All Medicine, Martial Arts, Biology, Production, Dance, Acting, Music, Comedy, Drama and other arts etc.

This program will reach all educational levels in the tri-state area. It will add to an already growing spectrum of programs being provided by schools all over the country, and will supplement those areas school training may bypass. The programming will consist of workshops on multi-cultural history, classes in the arts and humanities, fundraising for school materials, and semester break concerts.

“StarClimb Theater” is a multi-cultural theater workshop. Youth and adults will be provided with an ongoing opportunity to be trained in the latest theater techniques. These techniques will be applied to the fields of music, dance, and theater. The final objective will be to put together actual theatre productions. Youths, under adult supervision, will learn all aspects of the theater trade and receive hands-on experience in the following:

.. THE WISDOM FACTOR TM (c);
The Wisdom Factor is a group session with parents who want to get closer to their children and resolve issues that has come between them. The Wisdom Factor is a session where many different techniques are used to help heal the breaches that come between children and their parents. This is done through a series of mutual role playing, music, and theatrics.
At the end of each The Wisdom Factor session both parents and children will use the same role playing and theatrics to show each other how to behave and treat each other in the way they feel the ought to be treated. Finally they will use the role playing to show what they have learned from each other and what steps they will take to heal one another.
A psychologist will also intervene and use the role playing and talk sessions to help both the parents and children to better understand each other.

This workshop is run by notable women who are IE: Celebrities, CEO’s, Etc. and also women who have years of experience in their particular fields of business who take time out to teach young girls, teens, and young adult women in different disciplines and fields of study and business.
This workshop goes further as some of these notable women actually take on these younger women as apprentices and assistants.

Tribal Trust International is a resource for indigenous people worldwide. Our goals are to: reduce poverty and injustice; promote international cooperation; and advance human achievement A fundamental challenge facing every society is to create political, economic and social systems that promote peace, human welfare and the sustainability of the environment on which life depends. We believe that the best way to meet this challenge is to encourage initiatives by those living and working closest to where problems are located; to promote collaboration among the nonprofit, government and business sectors, and to assure participation by men and women from diverse communities and at all levels of society.
In our experience, such activities help build common understanding, enhance excellence, enable people to improve their lives and reinforce their commitment to society. 8) To preserve and protect our ancestral burial grounds, ceremonial grounds and the environment.
9) To promote and research Native American & Latino Genealogy and history.
10) To share with the world all of the beauty and colors of our heritage and history.

12) To promote and leverage Native American and Latino self-determination and cultural awareness.

“THE YOUTH INTERACTIVITY LABYRINTH” (c) TM
is a routed maze that is made up of a series of booths and stages. Each Booth or Stage is a class that makes up the RhythmTech course. The booths are the hands on academic part of the course. The stages are the explanation of the hands on academic portion through motion and sound ergo: Theatrics, Music, Dance, martial arts etc.

A multi-cultural, multi-segmented, multi-faceted cable television show series, presenting success stories, spotlights on positive activities that are going on in our neighborhoods. It will showcase talented youths and adults, showing that anyone can attain their long-range goals if they are truly committed. A weekly-aired program, including:
* “Tasteful Talent,” (c) TM showcasing the hottest amateur and signed talent from all over the world, exposing them to industry representatives, promoters, etc.
* “Unsung Heroes Sung,” (c) TM profiling teachers, community activists, youth and the elderly etc. who are making a difference and positive impact on our communities.
* “Big Star - Little Star Celebrity Spotlight,” (c) TM profiling celebrity guests, interviewing them on how they made it to the top and what advice they give to novices.
* “Props for Who Didn't Drop,” (c) TM profiling students who maintained academic excellence despite hardships and pressures of life.
* “15 minute fame Amateur Artist Spotlight,” (c) TM a video resume, and candid interviews with artists that appeared on “Starbound Talent” segment.

Junior Inventors Guild is a workshop that let’s young people explore their inventiveness in all genre and disciplines. It is designed to cultivate the future Einstein, and George Washington Carver that may be dormant and are waiting for the opportunities and platform for which to emerge.
The Junior Inventors Guild will provide hands on as well as an academic syllabus in which to cultivate these future geniuses.
