I am here for Friends

About Me

Well, we are now aware of the situation with the teachers that will come after us here!! Grace will be staying for about 2 months to help out until Nate and Anna can come in June to teach for the rest of the year... we didn't think we would have new teachers until after we left Japan (in less than a week)! Thank you all for your prayers, we are so happy, and a huge weight has been lifted from all of us in Kobe! :) We are so excited to be home soon... we're almost entirely packed, so pray for our trip home, that it would be smooth, easy, and go by quickly! See you all really soon! Love, EmCheck out our other MySpace, with more info about Japan at www.myspace.com/servinginjapan

My Interests

/

I'd like to meet:

Music:

Anything, really. I especially love the old stuff... from the 40's era. Sinatra melts my heart everytime I hear him. The only music I don't really like (but can tolerate for AJ's sake) is the screaming death metal stuff. If I can't understand it, it can't move me, and isn't that the point of music?

Movies:

I LOVE GENE KELLY! Singing in the Rain is by far the best movie of all times. Of course, I'm a sucker for old movies... I think I was born in the wrong decade. There's really not a specific type of movie that I don't like. Varies depending on my mood...

Television:

Books:

I like really stupid, fluffy books. I just read "A Total Waste of Make-up", which was a good, right before bed read. I've read all of the typical books, Tale of Two Cities, Romeo and Juliet, blah blah blah. I'm way into Janet Evanovich books (Stephanie Plum murder mysteries) because they make me laugh.

Heroes:

Superman. Batman. Spiderman. WonderWoman...
