About Me

At the moment i'm doing an album of folk-ish material, just writing and recording demo's before i do decent quality recordings, the first example of these recordings is 'isla, i'll see you in a while', i've dont about 4 more demo's of different songs so when i'm up to about 15 i'll choose maybe the best 10 or 12 songs and make an album out of them :)
if you play cello, any brass or woodwind instruments then send me a message because i'd like to add some different instruments to the songs
x
Emily
the story of a struggling actress,
having a hard time getting work and a bit down on her luck
her reflecting on what acting means to her
Walking You Home
about the night after a house party
when your walking home with someone who you've known for a while but only socially
you see a different side to eachother because you're both all hung over and can't be
bothered with putting on a show
Last Trains and Goodbyes
this song is about when you leave school and alot of your friends move away to go to uni and you don't
about everything changing and that but in summer/xmas when everyone comes home it's sort of just like how it used to be but slightly different because you don't see as much of them
Please Please Please (Love Me)
just a simple sixties garage inspired pop song
not much of a story to the lyrics, unrequited love
the object of the protagonist affection is involved in a relationship which has worn her down and the narrator is just pointing out how they both just want to be loved.
