Si J.K. Toole hubiera visto cómo "La Conjura de los Necios" le hizo ser considerado uno de los mejores novelistas de todos los tiempos, quizá no se hubiera suicidado en 1969...
... 34 años más tarde, su mundo de personajes extravagantes, perdedores, e increÃbles historias sucedidas en el caluroso y tórrido ambiente del sur de los Estados Unidos, cobra vida de nuevo en el no menos asfixiante clima de Zaragoza, cuando tres retorcidos individuos (Nacho - guitarra & voz, Roberto - bajo y Javier - baterÃa), mas un oscuro personaje (David - guitarra) pronuncian: "Lana Lee"...
... ese nombre de mujer comienza a ser el vehÃculo para que éstos cuatro muchachos comiencen a crear sus historias, no menos retorcidas y extrañas que culminaron finalmente en "Tubed", primer capÃtulo publicado en 2005.
Tras unos tiempos problemáticos, quedan los tres miembros originales dispuestos a seguir creando más historias para el público amante de la creatividad e innovación...
...en los dos últimos años, han añadido nuevos capÃtulos a su historia: Algunas grabaciones, unos cuantos conciertos en los que han ido dejando muestra de su estilo, siempre en constante evolución, y sólamente con lo básico: guitarra, bajo, baterÃa y algo parecido a la voz".
"¿Quiénes son éstos tipos?", preguntaban:
"Los rockeros de Marte", decÃan...
"¿Realmente son canciones lo que tocan?", volvÃan a preguntar
"SÃ, aunque a veces no lo parezca"
"... en definitiva, no importa lo que sean, no importa si es rock, blues, funk, jazz, psicodelia ácida, stoner... lo que importa es la música, y eso es lo que hacen: electricidad, mucha electricidad".
Por fÃn, en Noviembre de 2.007, editaron su primer EP con 4 temas titulado "A Date With...", recibiendo buenas crÃticas. Tras un puñado de conciertos y ya liquidado el género, se dedicaron por un tiempo a adecentar el "apartamento" y a componer nuevas canciones.
Actualmente, con la temporada de conciertos en marcha, aprovechan los momentos libres preparando lo que será su segundo EP que verá la luz en 2.009...

... 34 years later, his own world, comprised of bizarre characters, losers, and amazaing stories ambiented at the torrid and suffocating climate of the Southern United States, brings back to life again at no less suffocating environment of Zaragoza, when three twisted guys (Nacho - guitar & vocals, Roberto - bass, and Javier - drums), plus a dark guy (David - guitar) say: "Lana Lee"...
... that female name begins to be the way for these four guys start to conceive their stories, no less weird and bizarre that resulted in "Tubed", first chapter that was released in 2005.
After troubled times, the three original members are still eager to create for creation and innovation-like minded audiences...
...for the last two years, some more hits to their history have been added: Some recordings, some live gigs at which they have marked their style, always on a permanent sonic evolution, supported with the basics: guitar, bass, drums and something like a voice".
"Who are these guys?", people asked:
"The rockers for Mars", someone replied...
"Do they actually play songs?", asked again
"Yeah, despite sometimes it's not what it seems"
"... however, no matter what they are, no matter if it's rock, blues, funk, jazz, psychedelic, stoner... music it's what really matters, and that is what they do: electricity, lots of electricity".
At last, on November of 2.007, they released their first four-song EP entitled "A Date With...", which got positive reviews. After a bunch of shows and having sold out all copies, they took some time to rebuild, clean up and tidy their "practice penthouse" as well as composing new songs.
Now, having started a new concert season, they spent their spare time preparing their second EP which will be released in 2.009...
