High speed connection and widescreen recommended.*I was born in Bangkok, Thailand but was raised here in Georgia. When I was small, I also lived on the Philippines island for three years...what a beautiful place! I still remember the joy and excitement of flying my first kite there! In my mind's eyes, I could still see the moutains in the background and feel the wind beating on me as I hold on to dear life to my Hawk kite. Check out the picture of the massive volcano that destroyed our home back in '91. I have a brother and a sister...James (Jo Jo) and Angela. I also have a Boston Terrier name Spencer (aka Booger) who only has one eye. One time, not watching where he was going, he ran and hit my car...it knocked him silly! I barely graduated from high school (Bryan County High) in Pembroke. Didn't do too well in English or Math but I excelled in my Art classes. I love to invent, draw and design things. During high school I worked at Dairy Queen in Pembroke - my very first job!Went to Savannah Technical College and then joined the US Navy to see the world! I was with the F-18 Fighter Hornet squadron in Jacksonville, FL and lived in the barracks on base. My job was to keep track of all the engine data and flight information on our F-18 fighter jets. A short time later, my squadron was relocated to Lemoore, CA. I said goodby to families and friends and packed everything I had in my blue Mustang and drove cross country from Florida to California...now that was a very long drive! I thought Texas would never end! Went on two six months cruises. Living on an aircraft carrier with 4,500 people for six months was a new experience for me. Waiting in long lines for almost everything was the norm. The ship was like a floating city with ATM machines, cafeterias, a gym, and a library with internet access. People can also play football and basketball in the hangar bay when we port. I enjoyed standing on the deck and just stare out at the blue, mesmerizing sea. I could almost taste the salt in the air just thinking about it. Caught by its beauty, I often find myself daydreaming as the cool breeze brushes against my face.During the cruise, I visited and saw places that poeple would only dream about. I especially enjoyed Rhodes, Greece. Topless beaches...need I say more? Spain and Italy was interesting and I bought souveirs while in Egypt and Isreal. I also met some of the nicest people in France and Canada. I didn't really get paid much but the Navy kept me out of trouble and I had a roof over my head. I headed back east and did my Shore Duty in Meridian, MS and attened the East Mississippi Community College. A short time later, I decided to get out. Jacksonville, FL became my last Sea Duty station. How appropriate - I made a complete circle! I started and ended it in NAS Cecil Field, FL. The Navy - what an adventure!!!* In 2000, I got out and came back to Georgia. Shortly after that, I got involved in an accident and totaled my blue Mustang. It was very sad to see the car towed away becuse that car held so many great memories...it served me for ten good years with hardly any problems. After getting out of the Navy, I worked for Fort James (Georgia-Pacific) for nine months, a large paper mill in Rincon, before getting a job at Gulfstream Aerospace in Pooler and I've been at Gulfstream ever since. I like my job. The pay and the benefits are great. But in the back of my mind, I've always wanted to start my own business one day with my artwork and designs. In late 2007, I finally quit procrastinating and did it! I started my own clothing line! I named the company Nutt Innovation, LLC and I named the clothing line "Simply Nutts". The name says it all. Check out my website (simplynutts.com).
