I am often asked “ Why Hillman?” . The answer is not a complicated one. I strive not to be the best Disk Jockey, composer, producer, pianist or even musician. The pursuit of greatness does not inspire, instigate and incorporate those who are less fortunate, less able, and those who often surround me.

Instead I simply strive for a sound that transcends race, sex, age, and time. I strive to create a peace and tranquility that emerges from within. Like a breeze from the Hillside.

The answer is simple: I am a man from the hills.
