Hello. I am Jelisha K. Thomas. I am extremely driven by the thoughts of being successful and happy. I walk by faith, not by sight. I am a Cancer, born June 28th in Selma, Alabama. Although I have not lived there for years, I will always claim it as my hometown. I have lived too many places and is quite unsure what I should consider it to be. I have a strong appreciation for music. For without it, we would be zombies. I believe it has major part in shaping us and has the power to change the world. I have amazing friends that truly mean the WORLD to me. I can say and know that the friends I have now ARE going to be in my wedding. I am single, and learning to enjoy the freedom of being free, lol. Its lovely might I add... My longest relationship was about 3 years. Not trying to be in another one anytime soon. I don't and won't look for love. I am a pure believer in what comes and what goes is by the grace of god. We have no control over our future and when we take stuff into our own hands we MESS stuff up!I am a scholar! I attend Southern University A&M. Sometimes the university lets me down... Sometimes it brings me up. Depends on what day it is. I plan to graduate in December of 2009! What will I do with my degree in Mass Communications with concentration in Broadcasting...? I don't know as of right now. But I will figure it out eventually. I am getting to know myself better and better each day and encourage others to do the same. I LOVE me... Don't LIKE everything about me but is growing to accept it and learning to change the things that are necessary.
