"If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours."- Henry David Thoureau
I was born and raised in Midwest America! While growing up in Indianapolis, IN, I was enamored with both the arts and sports. Mostly filled my days painting murals and drawing, playing soccer, was on my high school swim team, and trained for and ran the Indianapolis Mini-Marathon several times. I moved to LA at 18 after a vacation where I found myself falling in love with the intensity and richness of the city coupled with the hypnotic effect of ocean and the mountains. Modeling did not bring me to LA, but it was a natural fit. I've had the chance to travel to amazing places and I always have wonderful experiences working with talented people. Some of my clients include the new Equinox Gym Campaign (shot by Ellen Von Unwerth), Self Magazine,Muscle & Fitness, Oxygen Magazine, New Balance, Adidas, Fila, Under Armour, Oakley, Lucky Brand Jeans, Lamborghini, Cadillac, and Runners World Magazine. Although modeling is my job for now, I did attend school for Exercise Science and was a certified Personal Trainer. I love staying active in various sports like triathlon, surfing ,snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and yoga. I try to be outdoors as much as possible and I am obsessed with the beauty and tranquility of the ocean...I will always live right by it. At this time in my life I can honestly say I am full of life and loving every moment of it.
A little more about me...I love waking every morning and taking that first deep breathe. Every morning I wake with joy, excitment, and gratitude for a new day. I try not to dwell on disapointment, I take it as a lesson and try not to worry. Worrying only ruins the moment you are in, you never get that time back. I believe in God, Jesus, and eternal life in Heaven. I'm lost without my faith. I think we are never done learning and growing spiritually. Thats why I'm obsessed with 'self-help' books. They keep me inspired and motivated to keep improving and growing. I'm also inspired by my past successes and the other who have succeeded before me. I love my job and believe that success is important to your happiness, but I don't think success in work or alot of money is what makes a life "perfect". I believe its our friendships and relationships that are most important and it's the memories that others have of us that keep us alive forever on earth. I can find the 'good' in just about anyone. I believe we all have a purpose, some of us find it, others remain lost. I'm still searching for mine, but I feel a tiny bit closer everyday!
