Being in Radio i have met a lot of artists... Aerosmith, Justin Timberlake, Destiny's Child, PINK, Nelly Furtado, Alan Jackson, Tim McGraw, Rob Thomas (Scott Hoppe, i told him u and i saw MB20 in high school. Funny moment will share with you sometime) The Scorpions, Warrant, Quiet Riot, Brian Mcknight, No Doubt(GWEN big ol' QUEEN "B", Janet Jackson, the whole WWE roster ... i am sure there are more but i am lost right now...and of course MARIAH CAREY... I finally got to meet her and i had my dad, mom, wife, Tim Becker(H.S., dude i was star struck huh?) When i tried to speak to her... nothing came out. haha My mom finally was like Hey Mariah, I am Billy's mom and he has loved you since he was in second grade she turned to me and said hi and all i could do was "My mom cried when you sang hero tonight"... (what was i thinking? i had just blown it! the one time to let the woman hear my voice and i tell her my mom cried during hero tonight? LOSER) Mariah went aww.. She looked back at me and what do i say again? "My mom cried during hero tonight" (IDIOT) By this time Mariah grabbed my mom's hand and said "aww he is so cute".... i have met my favorite artist... i might of looked retarted to her but hey... she signed my program, took a pic with my family and i, and chatted with us a lil bit being cool the whole time. i had to hit my dad a couple of times though... he was lookin at her backside too many times... mom caught him :)
