About Me

Hmmm. About me. Most of my friends will laugh because they forget how I started out, but some still remember me as shy and timid when they first met me. Luckily it doesn't last because I've been told that I come off as aloof. I don't want to seem that way, I'm just uncomfortable. Once I feel comfortable around you, you're in trouble! I'm silly, rambunctous, and love to have fun. I will dance in public and accept a piggy back ride through the park, (or give one). Cartwheels? Why not? Get the picture? I like to be physically active, and outdoors is better than indoors. Trail riding and horse camping are two things I do as often as possible. I love a good camp fire! Politics? No thanks. Current events? Can't say I'm up to date. Better find something else to talk about, or be prepared to be my informant... I am an idealist, and I have a hard time letting that go at times. I am learning to be a realist with the turn of events in my life. Things don't always go the way one would like them to, so live, learn, and keep trying. I try hard to be a good friend and to make possitive changes in some aspect of my self on a daily basis. Learning better comunication and a new language are only some examples. I have many things to improve upon, and I intend to do so. I welcome constructive critisism when I can get past the ego thing, (it can take me some time, but I am trying). Most of all, I am open to new experiences more than I ever have been, I just have to get over that timidity thing and work them in between salsa dancing! Por supuesto, bailando es mi paso tiempo favorito!

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Someone fun and responsible. I need a balanced mix of play and good work ethic. The man I fall for will show me he cares about me without smothering me. He has to be playful, (and accept my silly side), kind, open, (even when it's scary), and be respectful of others. A love of the outdoors is a must, as well as the desire to spend time with me doing things we both enjoy. He must be a participater, not a stick in the mud. Sure, life can be intimidating and sometimes downright uncomfortable, but facing your fears and involving yourself is what makes life fun and interesting.
