I'm very laid-back and get along with a lot of different types of people. The people I like get treated really well and the people I don't like basically just cease to exist as far as I'm concerned. I've never really got the point of fighting with people, though I am by no means a pacifist and will stand up for myself as needed. But I'm definitely not into drama and have little patience for the people who are. Photography is definitely what I spend the majority of my free time doing. Someday I may get around to actually trying to start up a business doing it but for now I'm mainly in it for the whole creative process and the delight on the faces of my subjects when I come up with something they like.
I got married to the most wonderful man on the planet (and he's a former Marine to boot!) last October. We've yet to go on any sort of honeymoon, but when we do it'll be to the Grand Canyon. I love being outdoors and absolutely adored driving across the country a few summers ago so that's a totally awesome thing to look forward to. Traveling (especially road trips) is an exciting concept to me and I'd love to do a whole lot more of it in the future.
I have a great deal of respect for the people who defend this country. I wish Laura Bush would run for President because I think she'd kick ass. I can't stand immature people and think that being child-like is good but being childish is bad. Whiny people irk me. Some of my closest friends have beliefs and opinions that directly oppose my own and I appreciate them more for that. Of course I'm still entitled to give them shit for it... :)
