About Me

I am a 20 year old Junior at Western Kentucky University. I am a Social Work major. I love it here but I miss everyone back home. I love to meet new people and I'm usually up for anything. I have lots of friends in both Gallatin and Bowling Green so I go back and forth to visit all of them quite often. I love Jesus because...well, he's just awesome. He's done a lot of amazing things in my life. Right now He's molding me into the woman I'm meant to be and it is an amazing journey. I am also really close to my family, especially my two big sisters and my 3 beautiful nieces. I also like to listen to music and watch movies. Music is a pretty big thing for me b/c I can pretty much relate any song I hear to my life in some way. That may sound conceited but it's true. I don't play any instruments though, I just listen to it all the time. I am a member of the BCM here at WKU and I work at First Baptist Daycare. College is fun!

My Interests

This past year I've really enjoyed going to see plays. High School, College, Professional, it doesn't matter I just love sitting in the audience and watching people on stage.

I'd like to meet:

Lots of new friends.I love people and I love hearing their stories.

Music:

I listen to pretty much anything. Mainly right now my CD player has Barlow Girl, Casting Crowns, Kutless, Relient K, Matthew West, Three Days Grace and Hinder. Hinder is not really Christian music but I love his voice. I also listen to country. Mainly Rascal Flatts, Reba McEntire, Carrie Underwood, Sugarland, Brad Paisley, and Miranda Lambert. My groups that have been recently neglected include Nickleback, Green Day, and Jimmy Eat World.

Movies:

My favorite movie of all time is Romeo and Juliet. I also liked Passions of the Christ, The Italian Job, Four Brothers, Rent, Troy, Hitch, Ella Enchanted... I like movies with plots. The ones that make no sense just don't do it for me. I like Julia Roberts and Adam Sandler (even though Punch Drunk Love sucked). I also like Bruce Willis, Drew Barrymore, Sandra Bullock, and Julia Stiles. Okay, this turned into a favorite actors section instead of movies but you get the point.

Television:

The only shows I ever take the time to sit down and watch is Grey's Anatomy and That 70's Show.

Books:

The Bible, I mean you can't go wrong with that. What Daddy Did, When God Writes Your Love Story, Angels and Demons, the Left Behind series, Captivating, Lady In Waiting, and I know there are more but I can't think of them right now so, I'll get back to you.

Heroes:
