MY MOM FIRST OF ALL!!!! THEN I WOULD HAVE TO SAY MY 2 CHILDREN THAT ARE OVER ACHIEVERS..."Dedicated to my Master Instructor" Life is what you make of it... ZEN I sit here alone on the beach, smelling the breeze of the ocean, Over looking the glare on the water, just taking all the beauty. The peace that I feel is beyond human nature. For the force is from within. The energy beams, with the inner peace that is settled within the inner strength. What force may this be? For how can one person feel the power of nature? Come with me, and let me take you there. For close your eyes, and let the Zen in. If you wonder what I am talking about let me inform you. When balance enters your life, and you accept life for what it really is. The freedom from others and the loyalty to yourself becomes real. Take time each day to bring yourself to this place, the place of Zen. For no man can ever take this from you. This power, this force, which lies within you. For the path of the Warrior is much harder than thought. I as a Martial artist fight my battles from within. These feelings and action sometimes take me to a place of darkness. That is when I know I must become the Warrior of the night. Conquering all my fears, for an artist at heart never turns his back. For I know this is hard, and my efforts may fail at times. However, defeat I consider is giving up. When I fight my battle, and give it my all. Moreover, the out come is not what I want and I fall. To me that is not that I have failed or lost. See the loser is the one that gives up on it all. I pick myself up, and I look at my battle. I learn from it, and search for my gain. See with this in my heart, the Ying and the Yang are never apart. And with this, I attain the Zen I have. The one that takes me where no man has been. For I thank my Master Instructor Ernie Reyes deep with in.Liz A.
