LIL' SPADEHe's been called a "GENIUS" for how he uses lighters,wrapped personally one by one with neon green Lil' Spade stickers, which he gives out hand-to-hand to promote himself.He's been called a "PROPHET" by how he expresses himself in person and through his music.Always looking to help and share himself with others hoping to bring hope,families and togetherness back in our lives.He's been labeled a Real Hustler and a Go-Getter how he independently travels everywhere to distribute his product,promote himself,and perform live for various audiences.He personally traveled to Memphis,TN to perform live for "The St.Jude Children's Research Hospital".He won the 2004 "Hustler Of The Year" Award in Detroit,Mi."This overwhelming soon to be superstar I'm talking about goes by the name of "Lil' Spade" a.k.a. Willie Dynomite."Lil' Spade grew up highly exposed to various music and artists.His father(Dennis) loved all types of jazz music while his mother(Patricia) also loved jazz,wrote beautiful priceless poetry in the 60's & 70's which Lil' Spade possesses today,and continuously listened to artists such as the Whispers,Al Jerro,and Anita Baker just to name a few.Lil' Spade started writing in 1986 continuously from the time he woke up until he fell back to sleep.In 1987 he formed a group called "The Fresh MC's" consisting of himself and two others to record his 1st demo.The songs were entitled "."Our Troops" & "School.School was the 1st song ever performed in front of a live audience at Sobey Elementary where he attended school.In 1987 to 1994 he recorded multiple DJ/Scratch tapes and also recorded various songs over other artists instramentals with a current Flint rapper today named "D.Doc".In 1994 Lil' Spade took all of his graduation money which was $1400.00 and recorded his 1st complete CD entitled O.C.(Original Concept).1996/'97 he recorded his 2nd CD entitled "Lil' Spade".His aunt (Dondi) had connections out of Lansing,Mi. by the name of "Mo' Tenda Productions & Entertainment" which led him to the University of Chicago to perform "Live",songs of of his O.C. album along with comedians from Russal Simmons "Def Comedy Jam" who performed live also.With that CD he was also a part of the 1st Annual Midwest National Music Conference entitled "How To Be Down".He really started getting his name familiar to the streets,promoting and doing shows.Especially after receiving a returned letter from one of Death Rows representitives (Brenda Jones),explaining how Lil' Spade has his own unique style and sound but also pointed out areas in which she thought he could build up a little more.Then in 2000/'01 he recorded his 3rd CD entitled "Champagne Type Of Dealinz" which he also had a 20 minute DVD talking about the CD with live interveiws and performances by Lil' Spade which was all done independently.With songs such as "Champagne,'Bout Business,and Love,Pain,& Sufferin' ",he performed in Detroit at various clubs regularly,drove to Atlanta on 3 seperate occasions within 3 months to perform for "J Records",distibute and promote his CD's,perform at clubs like "Club 112" which Jermaine Dupri hangs out,followed by traveling to Howard University to promote,and taking a day ride to Miami,Florida to network,perform,and promote himself.In 2003/'04 he recorded his 4th CD entitled "Million Dolla Product",also having a DVD of live performances backing up the album with songs such as "Fallin' Deepa, Thank You "LORD",If I Knew,& Now That'z Gangsta",to name a few off the 22 track CD.Lil' Spade independently throws his own shows throughout his hometown of Flint,Mi.,put together his own showcase which involved seven groups from Flint and four groups from Detroit entitled "Flint's and Detroit's Finest",which was aired on Detroit's own 97.9 FM(WJLB),drove to Columbus,OH to promote at the Playaz Ball and networked with such individuals as Ice-T,Big Daddy Kane, Pimpin' Ken,Don"Magic"Juan,and others.Once again took a four and a half hour drive to Columbus in less than a month to perform a 3 minute show at the Columbus Convention Center showing his persistance.Then after getting horrible news about the death of his younger cousin who he loves dearly(Lil' Craig),he wrote a hit song entitled "For My Children" dedicating it to his lil' cuz.He really shows his versitility with the great message that races throughout the song.Lil' Spade has been given a special tribute by Fox 66 News for doing positive throughout the community and for helping Our Kids Of Today Have A Brighter Tomorrow.The powerful song influenced a young boy with ADHD out of Detroit,Mi. to somehow look at his schoolwork differently.His mother explained that he went from doing very poor to getting 100n all his test and knowing "For My Children" word for word the 2nd day of having the song.Along with another hit song Lil' Spade wrote entitled "Young World",he's performed both songs at almost every elementary and middle school throughout Flint,Mi.Lil' Spade is currently promoting his 5th CD entitled "It'z In Me,It Ain't On Me",due to be out 2006,bringing new and live music,style and flavor with plans to shock the world like the drug that drove America crazy in the 80's.
