Ok, well I havent posted anything for a bit. Training is with a vengance. Less than 3 weeks until race day. Claire says we have to do alot of endurance work until then. So, this is what I have done.

Two glorious days of bike riding. Saturday, rode 12 miles in Woodward Park and Sunday, rode 10 miles on Rocky. Its always easier coming down. !!!HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Yep, got the new bike, love it, ate it first time out. Didnt hurt (much). Love my new bike. Wish me luck on a 25 mile bike ride this weekend at the Blossom Bike Ride. Look forward to it.
