Hello! Welcome to the myspace of Chi.
I go by a couple of names, but since a while I stuck with Chi the Designer. That's.. well.. Because that's what I do. I design. Now, for those of you myspacers who come around my profile everyday and already know what I'm about, please press the "Down Arrow" key on your keyboard to scroll beyond this piece of text. For those of you don't know me.. (let me tilt my hat to the side for this one, Jay-Z..) ..Allow me to re-introduce myself, my name is Chi. I hail from the Netherlands, Europe and am a Freelance Designer for a profession. At this moment in my life I am still in college, studying for my Academic degree in the Master of Arts. But it just so happens that, besides my college life, I happen to do a whole lot more than just study.
After college hours, I'm the Art Director at a Web Design Department called "*CNL Studios", and am the frontman at my very own clothing line, Envy Clothing. Besides staying in the design area, I have a lot more things I like to do for recreation, if you can call it recreation. I preform "Shaolin Wushu Martial Arts", as well as taking one of the top spots at an exceptionally good Hip-Hop oriented dancing team. On a side note, if you wish to see me move before I post preformace videos on my myspace, feel free to check out Sean Paul's video "Give It Up To Me", where we are featured as additional main dancers. Besides that, I do some photography, a little bit of directing videos, some video-editing, some audio-editing and.. probably the reason why you ended up on my myspace; I used to do a lot of producing. But making beats is one of those best kept secrets, and I intent to keep that secret for a long time still.
As far as music goes, I'm pretty broad-oriented. I grew up listening to Hiphop and Funk, so those two musical styles control my life. But I've been brought up listening to Jazz, Pop, Rock, Blues, Techno, Trance, House, Dance, Reggae, Reggaeton, Dancehall, Grime, 2-Step, UK Garage, Jungle, Metal and many, many more. Feel free to send you songs in order to get some feedback from me, I'm a sucker for good music generally.
And that's about all you need to know for now. To top it off, I'll hand you some personal info: I go by the name of "Tyron Leroy", altough everybody calls me "Ty" or "Chi". I stand 5'11" tall (short actually, hah), am Half-European, Half-South American/Latin with a little bit of Asian vibes mixed in between. I speak fluently Dutch and English, some German and French, a bit Spanish, Italian, Latin and Japanese, and absolutely no Nordic or Arabian, heh. Don't worry, I just wanted to make sure I can order some soda everywhere I go.
