d.i., the weirdos, sham 69, X, wasted youth, the vibrators, stiff little fingers, the circle jerks, the clash, richard hell, the gits, the germs, new york dolls, johnny thunders, MDC, black flag, MAD CITY MULLET!!!, dead boys, tsol, BUTT TRUMPET, the scurvy bastards... The list goes on and on, so I guess you could say I like some punk/hardcore type o stuff. Lets see... T bone walker, elmore james, muddy waters, howlin wolf, bessie smith, albert king, albert bell, robert johnson, srv, paul butterfield blues band(with bloomfield), willie dixon, memphis slim, etta james, billie holiday, aretha, gatemouth brown, slim smith, toots and the maytals, basically anything thats got REAL soul in it.... Um I like old school country(kind of a shame its a fucking fad but they still deserve the recognition) you know... John...patsy...hank, that sorta thing. Oldies, lots and lots of oldies!(I know they're all oldies) Rocksteady, big band, do-wop(or however the fuck you spell that shit), True classic rock. I am a large fan of latin music. Susana Baca, cachaito, reuben gonzales,(all compay segundo) lila downs, los tigres del norte, and yes linda rondstant... She actually nailed the shit out of some good folk songs on her album canciones de mi padre...lots of others. I dig all types of classical music. Mozart's work is some of my absolute favorite. Carlos Montoya is one of my favorite flamenco guitarists(I know, hees only a damned legend!).blah, blah, and blah. Its getting long. The only kind of electronic music I can think of that I listen to regularly is Bjork. Hip Hop dosent count for that. I also am a big fan of hip hop.Not rap! Hip hop. Old de la, old tribe, rass kass's album soul on ice, cypress hill(espanol), frestyle fellowship, project blowed, aceyalone, buku-one, krs, j5, roots, ect. ect. ect. Im getting tired of writing this because I type slow and have to look at the keyboard so if you have any questions please ask. REPO MAN!!! , the decline..1, full metal jacket, the whole band of brothers series, the comittments, the van, the snapper, the last waltz, raging bull, taxi driver, anything jet li has ever made(actually "the master" sucked ass). Fail safe, the best years of our lives, the maltese falcon, gas light, seargent york, or anything that genuinely tries to present an accurate historical account. Also some fantastic stuff. I love a good raunchy/stupid/witty/deadpan comedy. Theres lots of good movie out there...
