Super Satellite is a Central Jersey based four piece rock n roll band that has been playing shows on the east coast since the summer of 2005. The band mixes a variety of influences to create a new yet retro sound and have been compared to early great rock bands such as The Kinks and Cheap Trick to modern bands such as Oasis and the Las. They have recently completed their self released debut LP which was mixed and produced by Geoff Sannoff (Luna, The Sounds, Secret Machines, Nada Surf) at Stratosphere Sound in NY and mastered by Will Quinnell (The Blue Van, Armor for Sleep, Rogers Sisters) at Sterling Sound in NY. The band has recently played shows opening for the Gin Blossoms, Drive Blind, Femme Fatality, Sponge and Candle Box.
